What it’s for

The most-bought spice-in-a-capsule on Amazon, and the one on every 'recovery' shopping list.

What to check in the listing

'Turmeric 1,500 mg' and 'curcumin 500 mg' are not the same strength: turmeric root is only about 3% curcumin, so read which one the number refers to. It stains: keep an open capsule away from white worktops.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.

FormCapsulesForm is how it arrives: something to swallow, something to stir into a drink, something to eat, or the kit that goes with them rather than a supplement itself.
PriceMid-rangePrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
