What it’s for
The foam roller does the big muscles; this does the spots a roller cannot reach, in two minutes, sitting on the sofa. The one 'recovery' gadget that gets used every week.
What to check in the listing
Lowest speed, the round head, and let the gun's own weight do the work; pushing harder does not help. Thirty seconds to two minutes per muscle, and keep it off bone, the front of the neck, and anywhere you have just injected. If a spot is bruised, wait for the bruise to go.
