What it’s for

The thing people try when a normal-sized meal suddenly sits heavy, which is common once appetite changes.

What to check in the listing

Read the enzyme list on the back: amylase, protease and lipase are the standard three, and lactase is the one added for dairy. Some blends also carry betaine HCl, which is a different ingredient worth asking a pharmacist about. If dairy is the only problem, a plain lactase tablet is cheaper.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.

FormCapsulesForm is how it arrives: something to swallow, something to stir into a drink, something to eat, or the kit that goes with them rather than a supplement itself.
PriceMid-rangePrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
