Time-Marked Water Bottle (1 L / 32 oz)

A big bottle with hour markings down the side — '8 am … 12 pm … 4 pm' — so you can see whether you are on track without counting glasses.

What it’s for

Everyone is told to drink more water when they start; nobody remembers to. The markings turn it into a thing you can see at a glance. Add an electrolyte tablet and it does two jobs.

What to check in the listing

Tritan plastic (the clear, hard kind) doesn't take on flavours the way soft plastic does. A straw lid gets drunk from more often than a screw cap — that is the whole trick. If you add electrolytes, rinse it the same day or the bottle will smell.

FormKitForm is how it arrives: something to swallow, something to stir into a drink, something to eat, or the kit that goes with them rather than a supplement itself.
PriceMid-rangePrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
